Job Purpose: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and assist with inquiries while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
2. Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
3. Handle reservations and room assignments.
4. Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, and requests.
5. Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
6. Maintain accurate records and handle cash transactions.
7. Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
