Requirements:

- 18 years old +
- High school diploma
- +1 year of experience in customer service
- Experience in retention in a plus
- Advanced Italian and English (B2+)
- Home internet (25MB)
- Availability to work night shift
- Live in El Salvador
- Strong time management
