Descripción de la Oferta

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Ria El Salvador. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

As RIA Money Transfer HR, we care for what makes us strong, our employees. The HR Assistant is a key team member responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services, and ensuring and supporting organizational goals.

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates
• Reception of documentation from new personnel.
• Create and keep up-to-date records for new and old personnel.
• Safeguard and Archive documentation from our personnel to keep records updated in Human Resources files.
• Support the logistics of contract signing by new personnel
• Evaluate credit applications for CODERIA (Employees Union Credit)
• Responsible for elaborating proof of income letters for staff and other HR letters.
• Responsible for elaborating documentation for external training of our staff.
• Inform staff of monthly training coordinate registration and reception of documentation required by providers
• Supports the reception of documentation for reimbursement procedures of our Health Insurance
• Receive and hand out Health Insurance IDs as well as reimbursement checks
• Inform employees of the reception of refund checks received from our Health Insurance provider and coordinate their reception.
• Support The human Resources training department with listings and scheduling training
• Provide telephone references to banks, Union credits, and other financial institutions.
• Manage onboarding invitations and NH of the month inductions.
• Provide the necessary attention and problem-solving to the personnel´s inquiries received in The HR office.
• Support the logistics of recreational activities carried out in the company.

Qualifications for Internal Candidates
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year of work experience in a Human Resources functional role preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within an international company is a plus
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices
