We are looking for a General Manager to oversee the operations and all related activities of an industrial park in Lourdes, Colon.

Main requirements:

1. Experience in Industrial Park Construction: Experience in environmental assessments and securing required permits.
2. Knowledge of Industrial Park Operations: Familiarity with the setup and management of industrial parks is essential.
3. Fluent in English: The ability to communicate fluently in English is a requirement.
4. Understanding of the Salvadoran Industry: Candidates should have strong knowledge of the industrial landscape in El Salvador, particularly the textile and garment sector. A robust network and reputation in the local industry are highly valued.
5. Collaboration : We seek individuals with a collaborative approach, proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently with determination and creativity.
