Description of the offer
Provide personalized and professional attention to customers, ensuring a satisfactory experience and facilitating the successful closing of sales. In addition, provide administrative and operational support to management, contributing to the efficient management of commercial operations and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English: Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
• Sales orientation: Ability to identify sales opportunities, promote products and close sales with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Experience in managing sales and eCommerce systems
• Order management and logistics
• Problem solving: Ability to address and resolve customer cases and complaints effectively, using different communication channels (email, telephone, Shopify, Shiphero).
• Customer Service

Assigned Tasks:
Manage the management agenda, coordinating meetings and ensuring that commitments are organized efficiently.
-Assist in administrative tasks, such as organizing documents, preparing reports and correspondence.
-Help in the follow-up of projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and facilitating internal communication between departments.

• Closing of Sales and Returns

It will be hired in the modality of Professional Service (10% Income El Salvador)
