What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:
Lead Marketing Agenda: Innovation, Communication, Point of Sale execution.
Deliver seamless consumer experiences through best-in-class campaigns (digital and traditional).
Drive Innovation from zero.
Drive coordination and collaboration between: Go to marketing team, Media Agency, Media team and Innovation team in order to guarantee innovation plan, supply and perfect execution in Poin of Sale.
Drive world class excellence of content and creative standards.
Responsible for Construction and Brand Health
P&L responsible for different brands and Categories in several countries.
Design Brand Strategy and assure enablers to achieve it.

What You Will Need To Succeed:
At least 3 years’ experience and knowledge in Food business,
Prove Experience in developing innovation from zero.
Experience in work with Supply plants and its implication in Innovation process
Passion for the social & digital world and its implications for business
High “bias for action”.
Strategic Mindset and Innovating Thinking.
Facilitation and capability building skills. Able to lead a significant change programme.
Experienced project manager, particularly in terms of project planning, forecasting demand and managing human resource accordingly.
An excellent communicator with senior stakeholders, peers and reports (conversational and presentational)
Experience working in an analytical role and comfortable using analytics tools.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and articulate customer needs in business and more technical vocabulary.
Experience managing relationships within a large, multinational, matrix organization.
Experience driving business value from consumer insight.
Excel, Power point, Word, PowerBi.
