Location: San Benito, San Salvador
Work Modality: On-Site, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage booking-related questions. Ensure an exceptional guest experience from booking to check-out, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Oversee the short-term leasing calendar, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and revenue.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties, enhance visibility, and drive bookings. Leverage digital marketing, social media, and platform-based promotions to target high-net-worth individuals.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance with vendors and contractors.
• Stay updated on local rental laws, safety regulations, and tax requirements. Ensure that properties comply with all relevant regulations related to short-term leasing.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to property owners regarding property performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in economics, marketing or architectural decoration.
• Experiences in property management
• Fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written).
• Female preferred.
• Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
