We are looking for IT technical support, who wants to make a career plan in the organization.
Mission: To provide end users throughout the organization with technical support systems, ensuring the security of the technology infrastructure, resolves various software and hardware problems, performs repairs and preventive maintenance of hardware, resolves specific system failures in specific areas, as well as ensuring quality control of information systems.
Requirements:
Student or graduated in Systems Engineering, Systems Engineer, Systems Technician, Systems Engineering Technician.
1 - 3 years in similar positions. (Desirable)
Must: Software and hardware installation, knowledge in network devices, knowledge in fixed telephony (example: avaya).
Advance english level. It is a must. (80%)
Solid knowledge of operating systems (OS/400, UNIX, Windows 95/98/NT/2000/Vista/Other, Linux, Microsoft Tools).
Knowledge of networks and computer security.
Knowledge of backup and data recovery tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Oracle databases.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of virtualization tools.
Knowledge of .NET C# language, IIS Application Server.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, GitHub, Monday, Jira.

Responsibilities:
Provide follow-up to internal customer requests through ticketing system (Itrac).
Help Desk: support and troubleshooting of office automation problems.
Support and troubleshooting of network devices and computer equipment, as well as hardware support, configurations and troubleshooting of thermal and multifunctional printers.
Help Desk: fixed telephony support and troubleshooting
Installation and configuration of hardware, Barmag software.
Repair and replacement of equipment as needed.
Monitoring and administration of equipment on the unifi.local network.
Ensure availability and performance of computer systems and applications.
Provide technical support to cisco network knowledge operating systems.
Identify with Unifi Manufacturing Inc (UMI) new technologies and tools for process and service improvement.
Administration of database and web servers.
Maintain IT security policies and standards and make them known to employees of the organization.
If required by the quality management system, comply with quality indicators through ISO 9001:2015 methodology.
If required, support in the construction of machines through Barmag spare parts.
Comply with all safety and occupational health standards, internal policies of the organization and other organizational guidelines.
