Funtions:
Monthly Freight Planning for 12 countries incl. issuing delivery notes
Order processing incl. clarification of all order related questions with the distributors and adjustment to system-related needs
Responding to order related distributor inquiries
Price Lists updating into the system.
Processing of Return Orders, Sample Orders.
Claim-management
Offer Management incl. preparation and coordination of all offer related tasks and documents needed.

Requirements:
Advanced English Experience in customer service (telemarketing, back office, etc.) University degree completed. Availability to travel. SAP. Advanced Office.
