English Coaches Needed in El Salvador

With over a decade of experience, we’ve guided more than 25,780 individuals toward landing full-time English-speaking jobs in El Salvador.

What are we looking for?
Strong communication skills: Able to explain concepts clearly, and effectively.
Great interpersonal and organizational abilities: Create a positive environment that confidently motivates students to learn.
Passion for growth: Whether you have teaching experience or not, we’re committed to training you to become an exceptional English coach.

General Requirements:
English proficiency: C1 - C2 level.
Flexible hours: Available to work between 7:00 am to 7:50 pm
Initial onsite training: 2-week training from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm to prepare you with the tools to deliver our courses.

Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging as well as interactive onsite classes using our exclusive materials.
Track and monitor student attendance through our internal platform.
Implement teaching strategies learned during training to enhance students’ learning experience and progress.
