About the Role
This is a hands-on opportunity to launch your fintech career. As a Fintech Operations Trainee, you will work directly with the CEO, gaining experience in capital markets, regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and digital asset management. You will engage with investors, issuers, and key industry players while developing a deep understanding of digital financial services.

What You’ll Do
Capital Markets & Prospect Management
• Manage and update investor and issuer databases.
• Support financial modeling, reporting, and client presentations.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with investors and stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance & Issuance Support
• Track regulatory requirements for digital asset issuances.
• Ensure compliance with capital markets regulations (Digital Assets Issuance Law, AML/KYC).
• Assist in regulatory documentation and maintain direct communication with regulators.

Financial & Operations Management
• Support financial transactions and tokenized asset lifecycle management.
• Assist with invoice administration, client portfolios, and reconciliation.
• Identify and resolve operational and financial discrepancies.

Marketing & Financial Communications
• Assist in creating content for financial reports, marketing materials, and social media.
• Support investor relations and contribute to branding strategies.
• Help organize industry events, webinars, and investor presentations.

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Finance, Economics, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written).
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Understanding of securities, digital assets, and fintech regulations.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R is a plus.
• Exposure to Bloomberg Terminal or Refinitiv Eikon preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Passion for blockchain, DeFi, and tokenized securities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

What We Offer
• Salary: $1,200 - $1,500 (based on experience).
• Contract: Indefinite-term Professional Services contract.
• Work Model: Hybrid (based in downtown San Salvador).
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
