Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT and network support? Tech-Americas is looking for an experienced IT NOC Helpdesk Specialist to keep our systems running smoothly! In this role, you’ll play a key part in monitoring and maintaining our network, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations across the company.

What You’ll Do:
* Monitor network systems and proactively identify issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve network and hardware problems
* Manage and respond to IT support tickets efficiently
