KRJ Software is a growing technology company specializing in agency management solutions. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our sales, support, and marketing efforts. This is a remote position requiring excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, a self-motivated work ethic, and a reliable computer and internet connection.



Responsibilities

1. Email Management: Monitor and manage sales and support emails, ensuring timely responses and organization.

2. Task & Project Management: Organize tasks in Asana, create follow-ups, and track progress.

3. Billing Assistance: Handle billing tasks once trust is established (if financial details are not visible to the contractor).

4. Client Management: Add and maintain KRJ clients in Agent Alive.

5. System Monitoring & Suggestions: Regularly review AgentAlive.com and dashboards for improvements.

6. Marketing & Outreach:

7. Prepare and send mail to potential customers.

8. Call and email potential clients to introduce KRJ Software.

9. Maintain and create engaging posts for LinkedIn and Facebook.

10. Customer Lifecycle Management:

11. Assist with onboarding and offboarding clients.

12. Create training and informational documents for users.

Requirements

1. Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written)

2. Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role

3. Own a computer and have a reliable internet connection

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

5. Experience using Asana, LinkedIn, and Facebook

6. Comfortable making calls and handling client communication

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with Agent Alive or other CRM/management software

2. Background in customer service, sales support, or billing

3. Familiarity with basic marketing and social media management


This is a contractor position with flexible hours, ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a remote work environment. Pay is $5 an hour, with an estimated 20 plus hours a week.
