As a Customer Service Representative for our digital wallet platform, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, providing exceptional support and assistance. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ranging from account management to technical troubleshooting.
Your qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• High School Diploma (MINED)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
• Work on-site availability (Concentrix Salvador del Mundo)
