JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for coordinating and managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects, ensuring that the objectives are met on time, within budget, and with the required quality. They work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects, anticipating risks and proposing effective solutions.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in planning and managing technology projects.
• Experience in use of AGILE methodology or other technology development methods (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.
• Preferred: Experience in Electronic Data Interchange

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED

• Leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Organization and time Management.

RESPONSABILITIES:
• Define the scope, objectives, and timelines of technology projects, aligning them with business needs.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, budgets, and development phases.
• Coordinate with different teams (development, operations, commercial, etc.) to ensure successful project implementation.
• Manage risks by identifying potential obstacles and proposing solutions.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting resources and timelines as needed.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders (both internal and external), providing updates on progress and any potential changes.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct post-implementation analysis and generate performance reports for projects.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of technology projects.
