JOB SUMMARY:?
Provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization by completing payments in addition to the control of expenses by reviewing, reconciling and paying creditors invoices in a timely manner.?

SKILLS:?

Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
Superb time management skills and detailed orientation.?
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and vendor information.?
Bilingual: English & Spanish.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCIE:?

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.??
At least one year of related experience is required.

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTIONS:?

Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment?.
Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling creditors invoices.?
Monitor and collect creditors details by contacting them via telephone, email, and mail.
Responding to creditors' inquiries regarding payment status or account settlements.??
Working with account receivable and others to ensure accurate data, when necessary.?
Generating reports and statements for internal use.?
Maintaining historical records?
Communicate discrepancies to management team, if applicable?
Protects organization value by keeping information confidential.
Support other accounting and finance team members.?
