Responsibilities
Administration and Operations (50-60%)
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings with current and potential clients.
- Organize travel and event logistics.
- Prepare agendas, document meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Manage and organize deliverables in Dropbox.
- Create and update presentations, supporting documents, and spreadsheets.
- Assist in project management and event coordination.
- Oversee contracts, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Translate materials into Spanish when needed.
Client Relations (Up to 50%)
- Support client project management and administration.
- Participate in weekly client meetings and follow up on agreements.
- Assist in business development, proposal writing, and presentations.
- Coordinate communication and task management between clients and the DIA team.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in operations, customer service, or account management.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and process optimization skills.
- Interest in working with a boutique, female-led consulting firm.
- Passion for human rights, environmental impact, and international development.
- English and Spanish proficiency (desired, minimum conversational and reading level).
- Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and high customer service standards.
- Comfortable working in a small team, handling multiple responsibilities, and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting with new clients and a steady workflow
