Job Description:
Office Assistant- Accountant. They will be in charge of reviewing daily bookkeeping for Real Estate and Maintenance. You will work together with the rest of the team to make sure invoicing is done properly and in a timely manner to ensure collection of payments. Person needs to have background in accounting, preferably with a knowledge of QuickBooks . You will need to be comfortable with documenting and explaining either verbally or via email any potential questions with other team members and with clients. Required to be self- motivated and can function with little to no supervision on time sensitive matters. It requires reliable internet, a reliable computer, a “working” environment to make and take calls. Applicant needs to be a good team member and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. All staff members assist in taking incoming calls and must have general knowledge. (will be trained).
Requirements
-Fluent in English and Spanish.
-Customer Service background is a must.
-Needs to be fluent in English and Spanish in verbal and written communication.
Schedule: de Monday to Friday 10:00 am a 6:30pm
