Job Description:

Maintenance coordinator will be in charge of reviewing incoming tenant, owner and management requests. Collecting enough data so a decision is made on how to proceed. Will follow guidelines to have work done and standards met. Required to be self- motivated and can function with little to no supervision on time sensitive matters. It requires reliable internet, a reliable computer, a “working” environment to make and take calls. Applicant needs to a good team member and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. All staff members assist in taking incoming calls and must have general knowledge. (will be trained)



Requirements
-Background in property maintenance. Applicant needs to be familiar with terminology related to house and apartment maintenance. -Needs to fluent in English and Spanish in verbal and written communication.
-Fluent in English and Spanish.
-Customer Service background is a must.
-Needs to be fluent in English and Spanish in verbal and written communication.

Schedule: de Monday to Friday 10:00 am a 6:30pm

Salary $700 - $800
