GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

We are seeking a detail oriented, highly motivated professional with experience in a
processing and/or data intensive position. A professional with provisioning or technical
support experience in the telecommunications industry would be ideal. This Telecom
Provisioner Specialist will work closely with senior team members to ensure the
efficient setup and maintenance of phone systems, internet connectivity, and other
telecom infrastructure critical to our call center/outsourcing operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with customers, vendors, and internal resources to monitor the phone
number ordering process and overall project management.
• Perform data entry to record supplies, jobs, and time spent. (in VoIP field)
• Work with technical personnel to ensure trouble tickets are addressed quickly.
• Track critical dates for provisioning processes, update system notes and workflow
daily to provide the most up-to-date information for client teams.
• Coordinate, monitor and assist with local number porting requests and projects.
• Maintain detailed tracking records and provide updates as requested.
• Escalate issues with internal teams and vendors to meet project demands.
• Process number port outs.
• Act as the single point of contact with the customer for all types of service
requests.
• Coordination of all support groups to ensure maximum utilization of billable
resources.
• Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests.

REQUIREMENTS

• College Studies (preferably)
• Experience in the provisioning or telecommunications field (VoIP) or technical
support roles (IDEAL)
• Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook
(Specially EXCEL)
• Proficiency in English (Above 85%) (Written and Spoken)
• Technical awareness: Ability to match resources to technical issues
appropriately.
• Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to
provide services.
• Proven and Outstanding Customer Service Experience/skills
