Talent Management Manager
Location: SOC (Antiguo Cuscatlán, La Libertad)

Position Summary:
A Talent Management Manager is a pivotal position that drives talent acquisition, development, and retention the top talent as a primary purpose according to the TM & DO director. The Talent Management Manager plays a strategic role shaping the company's workforce and contributing to its overall success. This involves implementing and managing talent acquisition strategies, fostering employee growth, engagement, and creating a positive and productive work environment.

Profile:
Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Advanced English level (Required)
Previous Experience: 5 Years in Talent management, HRBP, Culture
3 Years in Leadership role within a multi-location organization
