Finance operations lead engages in all aspects of coordination and processing of all data entry, deposit posting, and other tasks as assigned within the finance operations functions of the company. This position is strategically placed in El Salvador to serve as the liaison for work to be coordinated worldwide, serving the needs on data processing for all regions. The Finance Ops lead will supervise personnel located in the same hub and other offices on all tasks and functions assigned.

Job responsibilities
• Prepare weekly reporting for Team KPIs to measure performance
• Interact with Accounts Receivable, sales organizations and senior level management in communicating and resolving issues
• Supervising Tasks Execution and report completion ensuring quality and effectiveness is reached
• Enter and maintain description codes for customer deductions and discrepancies to facilitate AR analysis and follow-up.
• Managing and resolving Escalations made by Account Receivable, Sales and Other Finance Ops areas escalations regarding complaints about Posting, Reconciling etc.
• Escalate unresolved issues, tracking to final resolution
• Data Entry- all methods and processing types including BDI, Bank downloads, upload via Bulk, manual posting, smart safe posting, Debit Terminal posting, among others
• Data Analysis and organization
• Continuous improvement on processes and procedures

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar or 2+ years Finance Operations experience is preferred but not required
• Must understand how to use a general ledger
• Understanding banking processes is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Spanish and English
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Must be detail oriented
• Demonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel 85% or higher
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees within the Company
• Ability to quickly learn new systems
• Proactive and self-driven
• Possess a desire to learn and be challenged
• Maintain a positive attitude and be able to adapt to changes
• Strong work ethic and detail oriented.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Available to work from 8pm to 5am.
