Job description:
Handle logistics / Customer Service back office in El Salvador to manage order processing, customer data, and communication
Monthly Freight Planning for 12 countries incl. issuing delivery notes
Order entry and processing
Order tracking and status updates.
Customer and material master data maintenance.
Backorder management and follow-up.
Order processing incl. clarification of all order related questions with the distributors and adjustment to system-related needs
Responding to order related distributor inquiries
Price list management and updates.
Quotation creation and management.
Credit/debit note and return processing.
Claim-management
Offer Management incl. preparation and coordination of all offer related tasks and documents needed.
Requirements:
Advanced English Experience in customer service or logistics.
University degree completed.
Availability to travel.
SAP.
Advanced Office.
