JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist teams in Service monitoring, deployment of Cloud Services and Service Transition. Ensuring that all systems are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about security, eager to learn, and committed to safeguarding organizational assets.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Electronic/Industrial/Computer Engineering or ongoing studies (Graduate or On Going)
- Previous experience in monitoring alerts, logs, and dashboards to detect and respond to incidents.
- Knowledge in Azure Cloud, Active Directory, Microsoft Purview, Cloud solutions.
- Experience in IT Service Monitoring, ITIL processes.
- Intermediate English level (Required).

TECHNICAL REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Monitoring systems
- Knowledge of information: Active Directory, Cloud, MS Defender, MS Purview.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to detect, assess, and mitigate security threats
- Familiar with network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Ability to clearly document incidents and communicate with technical and non-technical team members.
