Ria Operations Hub in El Salvador supports Ria Money Transfer, a world-class FinTech with a multicultural team where diversity is not just a fancy term we throw around. We started out as a small immigrant-made business with one simple mission: to help people like us stay connected to their loved ones around the world. This position provides support to the Accounts Receivables Department. The correct candidate will collect data from various internal sources and turn this data into information presentable to management for better decision making.
Responsibilities
• Acquire data from our internal data source to maintain our department’s database applications
• Centralize, formalize and report Key Performance Indicators to Accounts Receivables.
• Run ad hoc reports as requested by management
• Assist with the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• Assist with creation of Training Manuals
• Create Reports and dashboards upon management requests
• Responsible for maintaining all previous records entered in our database neatly organized and available for review by Management
• Improve the process in the area and automatization in current tools
• Suggest new leads and trends for potential Collection Cases
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Required skills and abilities:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excel- Advanced skills
• PowerBI
• Demonstrate professional communication skills with internal and external customers, at varying levels in the organization
• Excellent organization, time management skills, attention to details
• Knowledge in SQL
• Knowledgeable of accounting, credit risk analysis and soft collections for money service businesses as a plus
Qualifications
• Previous work experience as Analyst in a similar environment
• Ability to work in teams and to multitask
• Analytical and focused person with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with data analytic platforms to analyze and display findings
• Experience in Schedule forecasting
• Experience in documenting and tracking projects
