Description:
Our enthusiastic Telesales team is the first point of contact to business owners that want to become RIA agents in US and Canada. The team provides information about how the process works and all the benefits that implied to become a certified RIA Agent.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and collecting documents and all necessary information that other departments may request during the pre-qualification process.
- Guide and assist potential leads since they start the process of becoming agents until the process is done and agent in capable of processing transactions with RIA.
- Maintaining constant communication with the agent during the first 3 months since the agency was open.
- Collaborating with other department to make sure agent is ready to make transactions for Internal Candidates
- Assisting leads via telephone and email to resolve their questions and provide information on how to become a RIA agent.
Qualifications:
We will require you to have a minimum education of completed high school or college. We will also look for:
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook;
- Strong customer orientation skills;
- Advance English level
- Excellent communications skills
- Attention to detail;
- Good teamworking approach;
- Highly Organized
