JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for overseeing accurate data entry within the CargoWise One platform, assisting end users with system navigation, and providing technical support for any system-related issues. This role will also involve the development and delivery of training sessions for new and existing employees, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to use the system effectively. Additionally, the position requires supporting system enhancements, module implementations, and assisting with projects related to the application to ensure seamless functionality and integration.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS ·
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
· At least 1 year of experience in forwarding or customer service.
· CargoWise One certification desired but not required.
· Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics processes.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED
· Analytical, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
· Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team and a strong customer service orientation.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
· Platform Management: Ensure all functionalities of the platform operate smoothly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing updates.
· Data Entry Management: Manage data entry processes, ensuring timely and accurate input.
· Training and Support: Develop and deliver effective training programs for both new and existing employees on the CargoWise One system.
· Ticket Resolution: Manage and resolve support tickets related to the logistics platform.
· Reporting: Generate reports required by end users, based on the information available in the platform.
· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, sales, customer service) to ensure seamless integration of logistics functions.
· Module Implementations: Assist in the implementation of new modules within CargoWise One, ensuring proper configuration, testing, and user adoption.
· Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of platform processes, training materials, and troubleshooting guides for ongoing reference and improvement.
· Project Support: Actively support projects related to CargoWise One, including system upgrade feature rollouts, and process improvements, ensuring timely and effective execution.
